Which personal data does Duijts Retail Group B.V. process?

In order to execute the agreement you enter into with us, we require the following personal data from you:

Your (company) name is stored because we prefer not to address you by your customer number. We need your address and city to send invoices, to contact you, or to visit you if necessary.

We retain your email address to send you messages related to the service or product you purchase from us. We may also use your email address to send you newsletters. Of course, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications.

Telephone number
We use your telephone number to contact you regarding the service or product you have purchased from us.

If you apply for a job with us, we naturally want to know what you have to offer. You always have the right to access the data that we (or third parties on our behalf) process that relate to you or can be traced to you. You can make such a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data, along with an overview of the processors who have access to these data and under which category the data are stored, to the email address known to us.

Right to rectification

You always have the right to have data that we (or third parties on our behalf) process and that relate to you or can be traced to you, amended. You can make such a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data have been corrected to the email address known to us.

Right to restriction of processing

You always have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data by us (or by third parties on our behalf). You can make such a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to data portability

You always have the right to have the data that we (or third parties on our behalf) process and that relate to you or can be traced to you, transferred to another party. You can make such a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or transcripts of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf, to the email address known to us. It is likely that we will no longer be able to continue providing services in such a case, as the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.

Right to object and other rights

You have the right, in certain cases, to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Duijts Retail Group B.V. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will provide you with copies and/or transcripts of the data we (or third parties on our behalf) process and then permanently cease processing.
